Property Manager - Redstone (Burlington)

Redstone, a full-service real estate company, seeks an experienced Property Manager to join our growing team. The position will report to the CFO-COO and will be responsible for the following:

• Leasing of commercial and residential properties at full capacity, including marketing of available space, communicating with prospective tenants, showing available space, processing paperwork, documenting condition reports and representing the company in a professional manner.
• Maximizing tenant retention by addressing tenants’ concerns and requests in a timely manner and consistently implementing policies of each property.
• Managing the financial goals of the property including preparing budgets and forecasts, collecting rents, initiating legal action and documenting files in accordance with local, state and company guidelines.
• Maintaining property appearance by regularly inspecting the property and tenant spaces and communicating service needs to the maintenance team.
• Completing paperwork accurately and in a timely manner; promptly handling all issues that arise with tenants and buildings to minimize liabilities.
• Complying with all company, local, state and federal rules related to fair housing and ensuring unsafe conditions are corrected in a timely manner.
• Special projects, administration and other functions as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of Property Management or leasing experience, possess a positive attitude and the ability to smile under all circumstances, be a problem solver with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, maintain Fair Housing and lead paint certification, and have a general knowledge of section 8 and low income housing programs. The candidate must be computer savvy, willing to work evenings and weekends and participate in on-call rotation, present self in a neat, clean and professional manner, hold an unrestricted driver’s license with insurance and be able to utilize personal transportation to show available space. Yardi Voyager experience is a plus.
