Donna Aldrich joined Redstone from day one in 1992 with co-owners Doug Nedde and Larry Williams. She initially joined the company as Office/Property Manager, having significant experience in commercial management and construction and development administration with another local general contractor. Donna is presently responsible for the day-to-day accounts receivable and accounts payable for over twenty commercial companies Redstone manages throughout Chittenden, Addison and Franklin Counties. Donna is a native of the Burlington area and her loyalty, diligence and knowledge are of great value to Redstone.
Matt Blair joined the Redstone team in July 2012 as the Redstone Lofts Maintenance Technician. Born and raised in Vermont, Matt spent four years working for a local contractor in the Mount Mansfield area before moving to Park City, Utah for two years to work as a condo maintenance director and Outward Bound counselor. Matt has been a drummer, skier, and snowboarder all of his life and is an avid outdoorsman.
Matt Boudreau joined Redstone in January 2014, after living and working in Missoula, Montana for 3 years. He is originally from Northern Vermont and graduated from Franklin Pierce University with a degree in Sports and Recreation Management. After graduating college he spent 3 months back packing through Europe enjoying the history, food and different cultures.
Matt spent 2 years working as a residential property manager and assistant commercial property manager in Montana and has over 10 years’ experience managing rentals for his family’s business.
In Matt’s spare time he plays rugby, basketball, golf and snowboards.
Justin joined Redstone in October 2013, with over 12 years of solid experience in project planning, financing and construction of mix use and senior and special needs housing working previously for The Hartland Group Community Developers & Consultants & Catherdaral Square Corporation. He is a past Chair of the Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission, where he has served as the county's at-large Socioeconomic-Housing representative since 2005. His prior work experience in Vermont also includes affordable housing research and outreach for the UVM/HUD Community Outreach Partnership Center, conducting sewer capacity and build-out analyses and mapping for the Town of Williston, mapping for the USDA's Natural Resource Conservation Service, and researching preferential open land taxation programs for Forest Watch.
Originally from Connecticut, Justin received a BS in Environmental Science from the University of Connecticut, where he developed land cover mapping for a 90 square-mile watershed and adapted it for use in non-point source pollution modeling through an individualized program of study as a University Scholar. He earned his Masters in Natural Resource Planning at the University of Vermont, researching residential development patterns and preferences in Chittenden County.
Justin lives in Burlington with his dog Gus and enjoys live music, mountain biking, telemark skiing, hiking and paddling in his free time.
Tim joined Redstone as a Maintenance Technician in August of 2008 and is responsible for the maintenance, repair and upkeep of all Redstone buildings and Redstone managed properties. Prior to Tim's employment with Redstone, he was a salesperson for a local commercial trucking company. When Tim is not working, he enjoys time spent with his wife Paula and two sons, Trevor and Tyler. He also enjoys skiing with friends & family, playing golf and travelling.
Bill joined Redstone as a Maintenance Technician in August, 2007. Bill is responsible for the maintenance, repair and upkeep of all Redstone buidings and Redstone managed properties. He gained most of his experience as a maintenance technician by building his house from the ground up by himself. Bill lives in Milton with his wife, step-daugther and step-son. He enjoys working on his house, hunting, walking in the woods and enjoying nature at its best when he is not working at Redstone.
Matt Fitzpatrick joins Redstone as Property Manager of Redstone Apartments. He is a Burlington native who spent time out west, but always returned to what he loves the most, the 4 seasons and the Green Mountains. He owned a Burlington apartment building for seven years and operated a downtown parking garage for 5 years before joining our team. He comes with experience in building operations, customer relations and management. He lives in the mountains of Bolton with his wife Lindsey and two sons, Liam and Parker. When not working, Matt enjoys all aspects of the outdoors and sharing this passion with his family.
Daniel joined Redstone as a project manager after ten years as a practicing architect in New York City, Colorado and Vermont. He has worked on a wide variety of building types including new construction, major and minor additions and historic restoration. He spent several years in New York City working at an architecture-development firm planning and designing multifamily projects. Daniel is a board member of the Vermont Chapter of the American Institute of Architects and a board member of the local preservation association, Preservation Burlington.
Daniel was born and raised in Montreal and did all of his schooling in Canada. He moved to Vermont with his wife and two boys to be perfectly situated between his family in Montreal, hers outside New York City and their camp in the Adirondack Mountains. They live in the south end of Burlington and can be found at the rink in the park at the end of their street most evenings after work.
Erik Hoekstra joined Redstone as Development Manager in 2006. At Redstone, Erik has completed several historic rehab projects in Burlington including 10 in the Old North End and 2 downtown. He has additionally participated in a number of acquisition and disposition transactions along with new construction projects. He is currently managing a major redevelopment effort on the TD Bank Block including a 139 room hotel, a parking structure, and retail space.
Preceding Redstone, Erik held the position of Development Manager at Housing Vermont, a nonprofit syndication and development company founded in 1988 that creates permanently affordable rental housing for Vermonters through partnerships with local organizations, public agencies and the private sector. At Housing Vermont, Erik participated in the development of 40 units of LEED certified mixed-income housing on a lakefront brownfield site in the city of Burlington in addition to a number of other projects scattered across the green mountain state.
Erik earned a Masters degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University in the City of New York and served as Class President. Erik is also a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison where he earned dual Bachelor of Business degrees in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics and Finance, Investment & Banking. Civic engagement has always been an important facet of Erik's life. He is a founding member and on the advisory board of the Vermont Green Building Network. Erik is also a founding member of the Old North End Arts & Business Network in Burlington and active in other neighborhood efforts. He is a founding member of the Emerging Professionals subcommittee of the U.S. Green Building Council, a member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association, a Cathedral Square Corporation Board Member, Co-Chair of the Columbia University Real Estate Alumni Association Council. In addition to community organizing, in his spare time Erik also enjoys outdoor pursuits including biking, running, skiing, hiking, canoeing, and kickball. Along these lines he is the Treasurer of the nonprofit Wilderness Classroom Organization, a group that he's participated with in education-based expeditions to Costa Rica and Brazil. He's also interested in exploring urban environments, spending time in nearby Montreal and New York City. Erik resides in the Old North End of Burlington where he is slowly rehabilitating a duplex.
We are so excited to have Rebecca on board! With over 20 years of property management experience she comes to us with high regard and great ambition. Rebecca is passionate about her work and loves the energy she gets from the interactions from property management. She loves the outdoors and being with her friends and family. She has a 5 year old son and lives in Jericho.
Larry Williams has been active in commercial real estate since he graduated from the University of Vermont in 1982 with a degree in civil engineering. Between 1982 and 1991, Larry worked with a local development company specializing in the rehabilitation of historic buildings. In 1992, Redstone Commercial Group was formed. As the company has grown, Larry has focused his efforts on development opportunities, involving both new construction and the redevelopment of historic buildings. Currently, Larry is actively involved in the management of Bolton Valley Resort, General Management of Redstone and a number of Development projects which include the Riverhouse luxury apartments in Winooski, a 139 room Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Burlington and many others. Larry also devotes time to community organizations and initiatives. He is a long-time supporter and past Campaign Chair of the Chittenden County United Way. He is a founding and current member of Board of Directors of Mobius, the Mentoring Movement. He is also a member of the UVM Alumni Council. Larry resides in South Burlington with his wife Leslie where their four children stop in occasionally.
