Redstone, a full-service real estate company, seeks a seasoned On-Site Residential Property Manager to join our growing team.  The successful candidate is required to have a background in all aspects of property management including on-site residential management, preferably student housing, maintenance, advertising, showing and inspecting apartments, maintaining tenant and vendor leases and relations, compliance with federal, state and local housing requirements, monthly billing and delinquency collection and budgeting and financial reporting. 11/21/2014-  We currently have an opening for an Assistant Controller. (Burlington)

Redstone, a full-service real estate company seeks an experienced Accountant to join our growing finance team. The position will report to the Controller and will be responsible for closing the books monthly, preparing and/or reviewing financial statements and cash flows, handling account reconciliations, tax analysis, leading the annual audit process, and researching accounting issues. Will supervise a staff of up to 3 employees.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 5-7 years' experience and a CPA would be a plus. Additional skills must include a solid background in managing multiple companies with complex intercompany relationships, being highly energetic, honest, hardworking, organized and able to multitask. Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, problem solving skills and the ability to identify opportunities for efficiencies and recommend changes. Experience in taxation and in the real estate, development and property management industry is preferred.

Redstone,  a full service real estate company seeks a seasoned On-Site Lease Administrator; This job requires someone capable of working in a professional, fast paced office environment, interacting with a diverse tenant roster, handling billing and collections, responding to tenant requests and questions, handling tenant move out and move in documents, lease administration including lease extensions, rent increases, obtaining signatures and work order management, establish and maintain tenant relationships, answers tenant and vendor phone calls, letters and requests for information. Must have prior Real Estate/Property Management administrative and/or accounting experience, strong verbal and communication skills, ability to prepare accurate and appropriate documentation and to review, proofread, and check documentation for accuracy and be detail oriented, organized, focused, decisive, positive and creative. Must be proficient in Yardi, Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and other relevant software. Must have valid Drivers license, excellent driving record, car and no criminal history.

Physical Requirements:
~Work requires occasionally stooping and bending when verifying completion of repairs or maintenance
~Work requires sitting for extended periods of time when using computer system
~Work is performed in a normal office environment where there are relatively few physical discomforts due to dust, dirt, noise and the like
~Work requires frequently traveling to properties
